About MMNTM
/Mo-Men-Tum/
Hello, Welcome To The Gym!
Ayyyy super happy that you stumbled upon MMNTM /mo•men•tum/ as this might be just what you are looking for.
What many people don't realize is how big of a role your mind plays in every part of our lives. From our happiness to the quality of our relationships and even the quality of our work.
And frankly, I really didn't think much about it either, until I reached a slump in my life and stumbled upon a few books, such as Dave Asprey's Head Strong, that really started to change the way I thought about my mind.
I have been reading personal development books in order to improve my life for years before that, but you guys know the driull with those, they usually just make you feel good for a while after you finish reading it and you really never implement anything from it into your life.
Or at least that was the case for me haha
This time was different though, I was really down and knew that I had no reason to be down as I had so much going for me in life, so I set out to try everything that I possibly could to improve my mindset.
It started with my happiness, because that was where I was at in life, I knew I needed to find some more positive energy and happiness in my life and I knew looking outside was not the answer (after many failed attempts over the years).
As I was trying more and more things, and figuring out what did and didn't work for my happiness, I started to see improvements in other areas of my life as well.
From my mental strength, to b eing able to tackle problems for longer periods of time to even getting distracted less and staying more focused. So many things improved when I started to improve my mind, I knew I had to share.
I realized that all of those books that I have been reading, for what feels like forever, never really helped me change my life for one simple fact, they weren't as actionbable as I needed them to be.
I knew I had to find something that would convey the things that I was seeing help my life, to other people, in an easy to follow way. I knew what was helping me and if I could find ways to help others think more about changing their minds in order too get results, then more people would be able to see that this might have been what they have been looking for.
Your mindset lies at the foundation of everything we do in life as that is what houses our core values and those drive us in each decision that we make or don't make, how we carry ourselves each day, how we see the world and how we feel.
With the gym being another large aspect of my life, from as far back as 6th grade, I thought that this would be a great way to help get people thinking more about their minds and the impact their minds have on their daily lives.
I came up with the idea to start creating "workouts" for our mind that could help with everything from happiness to mental endurance and confidence.
These would be easy and actionable things that people could add to their day and start actually seeing results, not just reading about how to see the results.
And that is where MMNTM came about.

What Exactly is MMNTM?
MMNTM is a gym for your mind.
Simple and effective workout programs that you can implement everyday, in not much time at all, and start to see (and feel) real results.
The ROI that you get when you invest time into improving your mind is one of the best ROI's that you will see in your life, it is worth every second.
I didn't want any complex science or programs that would just confuse people, because I am just an average guy and pretty simple, so I thought I could make the workouts the same way.
They are easy and effective, just what we need as I know everyone doesn't have a crap ton of time each day like I did to try all of these things out.
Plus, even more resources in each workout to help you understand why you are doing what you are doing and how it works. From blog posts to podcasts and even recommended books, I got you.
The other part of MMNTM is focused around education, just helping you learn adn understand why changing your mind and the way you think is not just "hippie shit" and that this can actuallly get you real results in life.
Trying to produce better work?
Trying to grow a business?
Trying to strengthen your relationships?
Trying to get rid of some stress?
Just trying to find a little more happiness?
Yep, MMNTM is definitely for you.
