Not just eating right like you have an apple everyday or something easy like that.
Eating right in the way that is kind of hard and teaches discipline. That eating right.
Anyone can eat an apple or some fruit everyday but not everyone can create the discipline that it takes to stick to a balanced meal plan or diet.
This is for the people who want to take their entrepreneurship or even just their life to the next level and start seeing results
Results in both your health and body as well as entrepreneurship!

My Story About Health
I was eating like shit. Straight up.
My energy was low, my workouts were not showing results and my business was slacking and I just didn't have the motivation or habits to do much anymore.
I had already made changed up my gym habits and needed that little extra something to build my discipline and start getting more results in life and in the gym.
I researched for a few days about how to get better results in the gym, to start out, and the number one thing that came up was eating right. I also connected this to business in the sense that it will help me build the habits of tracking what I am doing and making sure I don't get lazy during any part of the day.

Once I started to out this eating plan into use, I started not only seeing results in the gym but I also got more energy and discipline.
The energy and discipline came within the first few days and I started having more energy and discipline which allowed me to get more work in and be more consistent in my work, not getting distracted as much.
What To Focus on in Your Diet
The things you should be focusing on is determined by what your goals are for the diet. Are you trying to gain weight? Put on muscle? Lose weight? Get more lean?
Figure out what your goal is and then to start off focus on the main things (protein, carbs, fats and calories) that you are consuming each day and how they relate to your goals.
To figure out the numbers you need, first figure out the daily calories you need to be in taking, based on your age, weight, activity level and height, and then increase or decrease based off of that.
But, this is not a fitness blog so I will leave the eating research for you because it is different for everybody! PUT IN THE WORK and research for a few hours what you need to focus on. Then calculate your numbers and percentages and start putting them into action.
How do you track these numbers though?
One of the easiest ways to track these numbers, in the busy life of an entrepreneur, is through a FREE app called MyFitnessPal.
This app is what I use because it allows you to either take pictures of the bar code or search the food in their app to find the nutrition information. Then it adds up everything you enter for the day and gives you how many more calories, fat, protein, carbs, etc you have for the day left.
It is one of the easiest apps and I highly recommend it.
