The last online article you will need to read about your routine, because hopefully you will realize the importance of a routine and you can start creating one for yourself!

To answer the question above, they take control of their day.

They master the small and sometimes boring tasks to get further ahead in life and start to grow.

The best part is? It is FREE! YOU can start to master your routine and build habits that breed success into your life!

Why a Night Time Routine is Important

It is the most important part of the day.... well the beginning and end of the day are the most important.

The morning is for those high importance tasks to get done before you get distracted. Then, the night routine is for the smaller, but very important task that set you up for the next day.

When you set up your next day the night before, you are able to wake up knowing exactly what you need to do and what order to do it in. This saves time trying to hurry and figure it out in the morning, allowing you to start making shit happen right away!

The importance of a night time routine is also that it sets aside time for the stuff that isn't as important for executing during the day, but VERY important in your self growth.

Such as learning, reading, creating new ideas or reading articles!

These are tasks that you wouldn't really make time for early in the day, becasue they are larger picture tasks, compared to the smaller day to day things that have to get done.
Before jumping into what you should include in your nightly routine, as well as what I include in my routine, I would love to ask you to join the community on Instagram (@profitingtools).

Over there I post daily updates on what I am learning, what I am working on based around social media and just document the entrepreneurial journey for all of us young entrepreneurs!

I would love if you guys went on over and gave me a follow, it would mean the world to me!

Thanks! Now to the good stuff...

What to Include In Your Nightly Routine

The nightly routine that I normally recommend, as this is what I have been using, is based around 3 parts.

The first part being just to simply set up your day for the next day. This is different for each person but could include anything from creating the social media content you are going to post to scheduling your day around the things that need to get done in order to get closer to your goals.

The second part is education and learning. Things that you could set apart time for during another time of the day, but it is better at the end of the day as then you have gotten all of the high importance tasks done before moving to this!

The education aspect can b anything you need it to be. From reading books to listening to podcasts to reading articles online, pretty much anything you need to do to learn something and better yourself that day. This is a very important aspect of the day and you do NOT want to overlook it.

Learning is the most important thing you can d, behind executing your idea, to get closer to your goals. Even getting a little better each day (like 1% better) adds up to 365% better each year!

The final aspect of the night routine is just the random, small tasks that haven't got done during the day or you have been putting off for a while, just because they are not as important.

You can knock off a few of these tasks each night to just get some things off of your plate that need to get done but are not highly important tasks that you would do during the day.

My Night Time Routine

For my night time routine, I use the same aspects as I talked about above, just in a little different order!

I start off by just knocking some of the small tasks off the to do list that I have been putting off. This can range from just small tweaks to the social media accounts to the website r eve some schoolwork that doesn't have to get done right away. I usually set aside around 30-45 minutes for this just so that I have time for everything else!

Next, I read books, currently reading Way of the Wolf, and read articles in my niche and ones that peak my interest online, for around an hour. When you are reading books and articles, look for ones that are going to help you grow as a person, in business or in your niche, not just ones that are entertaining to you. Those won't help you grow!

Finally, I move on to setting up my next day which usually takes around 15-20 minutes.

I start out by creating the social media posts for Facebook and Instagram that I want to post the next day and either writing the captions or just the ideas for the captions, depending on how much time I have.

Then, I move onto planning my schedule for the next day.

I write down the smaller tasks that need to get done tomorrow first and then move onto 5 larger picture tasks that will get me closer to my goals tomorrow.

These 5 tasks should be important things that aren't already habits and will push you closer to your goals. Such as 10 more sales calls then normal or contact a product developer. I base these 5 things around Andy Frisella's "Powerlist" as he calls it, which you can Google if you want more information!

These 5 tasks are the high importance tasks that I mentioned above and should the the first focus for the next day!
I really want to thank you for taking the time to read the blog, it means a ton! If you have any questions or comments I would love to chat in the comments below!

Don't be afraid to drop a comment:)
