Are You Ready to Change Your Life? Time to Change the Way You Think...
So, you might be wondering what you just stumbled upon on yourmmntm.com, this is exactly where to start.
This is going to be the information as well as the first steps to make sure your training is successful.
Welcome to this new type of gym!
So what exactly is MMNTM?
/Mo-men-tum/
MMNTM is a new form of gym, one not focused as much on your physical health but more around your mindset, mental health, happiness and optimizing the way you think and feel.
After years of working on myself, reading and listening to podcasts I realized that far too many books and podcasts teach great lessons around happiness and optimizing your life, yet very few have actionable ways to implement their ideas.
MMNTM takes what has helped me the most over the past handful off years and puts it into "workouts" that are easy to follow and implement, much like if you were following a workout routine for lifting weights or running!
Our generation has grown up with technology our whole lives and as a college student I have seen the toll that technology, especially social media, has taken on our mental health and mindsets.
With our minds being the foundation to every aspect of our lives, I thought it was time to help combat the toll that social media has taken on us, time to get our minds right so we can find more happiness, craft more meaningful goals, excel at our jobs and so much more.

Why I started MMNTM
Life is full of ups and downs, and I wanted to help share how I was able to ride the waves of those ups and downs through crafting a mindset that allowed me to dos so.
This is especially important to us all in our 20's as we are still trying to figure everything out and it can already be a stressful time.
MMNTM came about after realizing that no matter what I was working on, the habits and new skills I could learn to challenge myself were far more interesting to me than what I was actually working on.
Also, while in high school and the beginning of college it was a very stressful time for me and I found myself newly single and struggling with happiness even though had had amazing opportunities in my life to travel and experience so much. On paper my life was solid but I just wasn't feeling the same way and this mindset started to impact my health as well as my school work.
That is when I really started to research and dive into what has always been in my life, yet I never really thought of that much, the habits I had.
I dove into what habits were holding me back and what patterns I needed to break in order to stop getting the same mental results and that is really when I started testing a ton of different strategies to improving my happiness as well as brain function and mindset.
I saw how much these new things were working for me and impacting so many more areas of my life other than just happiness, especially in terms of the quality of work I was producing and wanted to share these strategies with others who they could help as well.
Talking to college kids as well as adults from across the country and from many different countries, I have seen how big of a problem mental health has become.
I have also been an avid gym go-er since middle school so what better way to combine the two things I enjoy the most and put these mindset exercises and practices into workouts, m much like you would get at the gym!
These workouts are going to help you level up your mindset so that you can start excelling at whatever goals you may have, even if it is to just find some more happiness in your day to day life.
