I have been busy, sorry for the not weekly updates haha but getting back on track!
I have been working more on simplifying the message of MMNTM so that it can benefit more people and help people know EXACTLY how changing their mind is going to benefit their life or solve a problem that they are having.
You can check out those newer and much improved blog posts here >>
Mindset Aspects That I'm Working On
In terms of what I am testing out for my mind recently, I have been solely focused on how I can use my mindset to benefit my school and my work.
With being a full time student and working part time, I had a ton of stress in my day to day life with just stuff I needed to get done and some stuff that had to be done at very high quality.
So, I thought what better of an opportunity than to try and figure out for myself just how to do that and then translate that to the MMNTM community on how to use your mindset to be more productive, get better grades and just produce higher quality work that solves problems more effectively.
And honestly, I am learning a ton.
Especially around the role that stress pays in all of this and how simply reducing your stress on a day to day basis can help the quality of your work significantly.
I have definitely started to notice more focus and better problem solving on my part and I have started to share what is working a little bit on my blog (which you can find by clicking here >>)
I would love to hear what you guys are working on or even just comments and results you are seeing! Hit me up on social media (mostly Instagram and TikTok these days: @yourmmntm).
Have a great week,
Welcome to a little extra part of the website that I thought I would add to explain a little about what my focus is each week, what aI am working on in terms of MMNTM and most importantly what I am testing and working on in terms of growth and mindset within my own life.
I thought it might be a little useful to show you guys that I actually am (and have been for a while) testing out these "workouts" that I talk about in the blog because they have been helping me for years now, even though I just recently decided to put them in more of a "workout form" which is still in the works and the fine tuning process.
How is MMNTM Going?
The daily blog posts have been a main focus and are actually fire so you should check them out (click the link here >>).
I have been giving out some great information including resources like podcasts and podcast episodes to listen to.
Plus, some free and quick sample workouts for your mind each day so you can actually take action on building the foundation for your mindset, not just read about it.
The other main focus has been to solidifying and fine tuning the bigger workout "courses" I would call them which should be ready to purchase relatively soon.
These are going to include full workouts for you find for everything from your happiness to reducing stress and building mental resilience.
Plus, explaining WHY you are doing everything and adding resources on top of the workouts to help you learn more of the science behind these exercises.
I am really excited about thgis because it is a huge miss for the personal development industry to not be giving us that much actionable advice, and these "workouts" are going to be how we can actually take action on these theories for personal development.
Mindset Work for This Week
I have been going all in on one major focus on my mindset this week so that I can actually start crafting it as a habit and not just another exercise. I think I will do the same next week as well as this one thing has been showing pretty solid results so far in terms of productivity and just overall mood improvement.
What is this you might ask?
It's focusing on making the right choice and doing what I know has to be done rather than just doping what is easy and makes me feel productive.
It is trading time I was using to just do busy work and feel productive, with time to actually get shit done.
It is also choosing the "right thing" or the thing that you know needs to be chosen ion order to get results, each time this comes up during the day.
Sure, choosing to read vs sit on Instagram or to eat the apple once instead of the cake is easy as hell. Try to do it all day though, with every small decision like that, it is a whole different game let me tell you...
It builds mental endurance and resilience like no other though.
If you want to learn more about this, I'll link to a couple blogs I wrote this week on similar topics...
